These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website [www.secretsundaysociety.com] (“Site”) and the services offered by Secret Sunday Society (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our platform, website, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Services

Secret Sunday Society is a digital marketing and creative studio offering branding, web design, email strategy, and curated promotional tools — including our signature Sunday Drop™, a platform that facilitates the online sale and exposure of limited treatment offers from independently owned and operated beauty and wellness businesses (“Partners”).

We do not perform or fulfill any treatment or service sold through the Drop. All fulfillment is handled directly by the participating Partner.

2. No Medical Liability or Oversight

We are not a medical provider and do not supervise, regulate, or participate in the performance of any treatment or procedure. By purchasing or offering a service via Secret Sunday Society, you acknowledge that:

• All services are rendered solely by third-party providers, not by Secret Sunday Society.

• We are not responsible for treatment outcomes, provider conduct, client experiences, or clinical efficacy.

• All claims or concerns related to a treatment must be addressed directly with the Partner who provided it.

• We are not liable for injury, harm, dissatisfaction, or disputes related to treatments performed by Partners.

3. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

• All Drop purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Once a treatment is purchased, fulfillment is the sole responsibility of the Partner.

• If you are unable to redeem your treatment or encounter a dispute, you must contact the Partner directly.

• If the Partner is unresponsive, please contact us. While we may assist in resolution efforts, we do not guarantee refunds, credits, or recourse beyond the agreement between you and the Partner.

For digital and design services, deposits and payments are also non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Partner Responsibilities

Partners offering services through Secret Sunday Society agree to:

• Ensure all treatments are administered by licensed, insured professionals

• Honor all listed offers in accordance with what is promoted

• Communicate clearly with clients and resolve scheduling or service issues

• Maintain ethical business practices in accordance with local laws

• Deliver services as advertised and uphold client satisfaction

Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the platform and revocation of Partner privileges.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secret Sunday Society is not liable for:

• Treatment quality, side effects, or outcomes

• Scheduling conflicts, cancellation issues, or provider no-shows

• Any direct or indirect damages related to services provided by Partners

• Client-provider disputes, dissatisfaction, or medical malpractice

Users agree to release Secret Sunday Society from any claims or liabilities arising from third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, copywriting, images, and website design elements are the property of Secret Sunday Society and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform, purchase a drop, or engage our services. By using our site, you represent that you are of legal age and authority to enter into this agreement.

8. Platform Use & Restrictions

You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only. Misuse, attempted fraud, impersonation, scraping, or reverse-engineering of any part of this platform is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user or Partner who violates these Terms.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our platform or services, including the Sunday Drop, at any time, without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
